Vendor Agreements -
Vendor Agreement 1: Vendor/Business Representative warrants that they are authorized to enter into this contract with Conroe Sunday Market (CSM) and agrees to indemnify CSM, Sponsors and Partners against all claims, damages, demands or liability whatsoever arising out of or in any way caused by or connected with the event for all dates you attend at any point.
Vendor Agreement 2: Booth space is not reserved until payment is received. CSM will issue credits up to 14 days prior to the event date selected. Schedule changes with less than 14 days notice will have a $25 change fee.
Vendor Agreement 3: There are no refunds issued for any reason.
Vendor Agreement 4: FFH/CSM reserves the right to discontinue its relationship with any vendor, business at any time for any reason.
Vendor Agreement 5: Conroe Sunday Market reserves the right as it sees fit to change the website and social media page.
Vendor Agreement 6: Registration is legally binding contract by delivery of mail, text, fax (facsimile transmission), telephone or email and take effect once your invoice is paid.
Vendor Agreement 7: I have read and will follow all instructions for attending the market on the Market Instructions page at www.conroesundaymarket.com/instructions
